Are you excited to explore the bright, neon streets of Night City? Great news for gamers! This weekend, you can try out Cyberpunk 2077, a popular RPG, for free on certain gaming consoles. Created by CD Projekt Red, this trial lets you experience the Cyberpunk 2077 world without spending any money.
From March 28 at 4pm CET (8pm IST) until April 1 at 8:59AM CEST (12:29pm IST), players on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X, and Xbox Series S can enjoy the thrilling gameplay of Cyberpunk 2077. Unfortunately, PC gamers can’t join this trial due to technical reasons, as explained by CD Projekt Red.
To start your adventure, you’ll need to download the entire game. It’s a big download, around 99.3GB on PlayStation 5 and about 103GB on Xbox Series X/S. Just remember, the trial doesn’t include the Phantom Liberty expansion.
During the five-hour trial, you can explore Night City, take on exciting missions, and meet interesting characters. And don’t worry about losing progress if you decide to buy the full game later – CD Projekt Red promises to carry it over.
But be wise with your time during the trial. Cutscenes and dialogues take up a lot of gameplay time. Also, if you already own the base game, you won’t get access to the Phantom Liberty expansion during the trial.
